1. Introduction

project.howto template is a package set up to permit someone to really easily write a basic short HOWTO based on the linuxdoc dtd.

1.1 So What?

Well, someone might care. I certainly do. I hate to have to figure things out three times, and a good example with the most commonly used markup in it is worth tons of documentation.
