Buddha and Johnson

Buddha and Johnson had a debate.
The Nature of Being was first on the slate:

Buddha denies that the world's really there
It's just an illusion much thinner than air
And the secret of coping is just not to care
The secret satori that he has to share.

Samuel has insight he wants to share too
Smacks Buddha's face: ``Thus I refute you!''
But Buddha just smiles and fades from the view -
Been dead for centuries...

...and Sammy's dead too!
